Help Your Students as a National Certified School Counselor!

In alignment with the current Maryland Blueprint initiative, the Advanced School Counseling Program (ASCP) will prepare you to acquire the National Certified School Counselor (NCSC) credential - with all courses during the Summer and Winter sessions!

Once admitted into the program, you will complete a transcript review to determine what coursework requirements you'll need to complete and create your individual Plan of Study - ensuring that you have all requirements for the NCSC.

The ASCP program also offers National Counselor Exam (NCE) preparation - a requirement for your successful credentialing as a NCSC.
