  • Email and Calendars

Never be out of touch. You can access your email, shared calendars, and contacts from anywhere, across devices. Send email through a rich and familiar Outlook experience accessed from your desktop or from a web browser using Outlook Web App. To learn more, visit the FSU Email Access page.

  • Teams and Web Conferencing

Microsoft 365 makes it easy for people to meet and connect online using Microsoft Teams. Teams allows you to host online meetings with audio and video, perform screen sharing, chats, calls, file sharing, and app integrations.

You can also connect with others through instant message and work together on projects, in study groups, or in clubs using Teams collaboration spaces. With Teams collaboration spaces, you can keep related documents, notes, tasks, and conversations organized and in one place.
