The IT Help Desk is FSU’s main provider of technology support to all students, faculty and staff University-wide, on or off-campus. We are committed to delivering quality customer service and technical solutions in support of campus-wide technology.
Any critical Incident or Service Request should be initiated by calling the IT Help Desk directly. Other technical problems can be reported via the Help Desk Portal.
Need Immediate Help After-Hours?
Please Call Us! Our after-hours help desk is available beyond our regular walk-in service hours. Our after-hours agents will handle calls regarding Canvas, account issues, and emergency outages. Other requests will be referred to and handled by FSU IT staff during regular business hours.

Computers must be equipped with a wireless network adapter (802.11 g/n/ac) to connect to the wireless network. For students pre-configured wireless access points are available from the FSU Bookstore. Visit the Wired and Wireless Access section of our site for details.

How do I add a shared Network Printer?
Click on Start, type \\adminprint and locate your printer. Double click on the printer name, which adds the printer to your computer under Devices and Printers.
